Interesting. Your response got me thinking, so I took a look a some of the 1Bs in my worlds with low gloves but decent range. There aren't a lot with 40+ range but a glove below 30. The ones I found tended to have only a few errors, as you said, but a lot of - plays. One example:

Have you ever heard of low glove causing minus plays? I always thought minus plays were only caused by range.

Glove/arm accuracy produce errors, range/arm strength produce +/- plays. 

How do you feel about the upcoming changes to HBD?  Doesn't it seem like WiS has finally listened to you?

I obviously like them and, yes, those changes closely mirror some suggestions I made.

He wouldn't be the worst.    He'll finish with a lot of errors but have enough plus plays to be worth it if his bat is something you need.

If I have a player in his 2nd season of arbitration that can be signed LT at 7m..will that go up if I arb him? 

LT demands don't seem to change as long as the player's ratings remain constant.

Amateur Draft question... if I use the Formula Builder to help rank my prospects, it doesn't actually show me different players, right?  Just moves them around into a different order?  I mean, since I already manually rank my top 100 or so, does it really only make a difference in what I get from the bottom half of my draft?

If you're seeing 500, there are probably some hidden slugs that you could pull up by changing your settings.   I'm assuming the 500 isn't exactly 500 but 500+.    But, yeah, the FB isn't going to uncover some stud that you'd otherwise miss.

You could use a couple of other options without doing any real harm.    7 could be at SS but his glove/arm isn't as good as 6 so I went that way.   Everyone but 3 could play 2B.  2 could play CF thus swapping 2-7.     All the good arm guys could play 3B so I took the lowest range.
