Can guys like Don Kessinger or Dal Maxvill become Home Run champs?

In 16 seasons Kessinger hit 14 Homers. Maxvill hit only 6 in 14 seasons.

Your mission is to draft a roster of hitters that hit 5 or fewer HR in the season you use. All hitters that you draft must have a minimum of 300 plate appearances per 162(300PA/162).

We will aid them a bit. All pitchers drafted must have a HR/9 of 0.25 or higher...

All hitters on your roster must have 300 PA. Includes bench guys.

The rule is in place to prevent low PA hitters that can hit tons of HR...

Allows you the opportunity to platoon, but at 300 PA we know they have limited power potential...

300PA/162 minimum. I will rule that the draft center must show 5 HR or less. We will allow if it adjusts the HR number higher...

I've entered a team.  I hope this catches fire.  Great concept.
