Is this the greatest D3 player ever? Topic

This guy was the best player I have recruited...when I was at Daniel Webster in Iba.  Unfortunately I never got to coach him as I moved on after his redshirt year, but he's on track to be pretty solid I'd say.  Should probably be very close to 600 by the end of his RS freshman campaign.

I'm not saying take it away.  Just make sure they must be notified and the effort has be there to sign and redshirt the kid.  Similar to DI, you can do it.  It takes effort though.  Sounds like most of these studs are studs as sophomores though, not finally as seniors.  Three years as an elite is too much in DII and DIII because in DI they're gone.  And exactly to my  point regarding going to a national champion--that's exactly why they shouldn't be able ot redshirt.  Again, not rocket science for an A+ school to get a great dropdown, but to be able to redshirt him is piling it on imho.  Mostly circumstantial and less about skill imho.  In DI A+ teams can do the same, but they are faced with EEs, not so in DII and DIII.

For instance that RS DIII frosh shouldn't be better than most any DI frosh.

Robert Johnston, only 663 overall but his points are distributed pretty ideally for a D3 PG/SG:

I'd trade my starting D2 pg and 5k in recruiting money right now for this guy.

Nowhere near the best DIII player, David Perry is personally the best DIII scorer I have ever recruited. He's currently a fourth-year Junior: http://www.whatifsports.com/hd/PlayerProfile/Stats.aspx?tid=13510&pid=1633186

Not a special defender and pretty substandard as a passer, but he's a dynamite scorer.

I got 3 So that are nuts.

This guy is on McMurry, too bad he didn't get an RS because it looks like he's high-high in almost everything, and I would love to have him at his max potential for one more year. He gained 9 in ath, 11 in spd, double digits in per and bh his FR year, looks like he will do it again. His stats and growth 9 games in So year:

2 more So that just finished their So year. Both are on my Transylvania team:

man i had a few fking unreal studs, pgs in the 90s in sp/bh/passing, etc., i had a 700+ rated sf that transfered from a d1 school, etc. i wish i could have saved these players! i should have taken a screen shot...

anyways, here is the best d3 player i currently have. is he the best d3 big ever? he's no where near done improving. although he did have a RS season, he will probably get to 80+ ath, 95+ reb, 80+def, 90+ sb, 80+ LP... by the time he's a senior (his low work ethic probably would not have allowed me to play him as much in d2) he will be good enough to start for probably any of my A+ d2 teams.

For what its worth, I have had a DII SG reach 800, but this guy is tearing it up at DII this season http://whatifsports.com/hd/PlayerProfile/Ratings.aspx?tid=0&pid=1547763
