Here are the deadlines for getting your Round 1 rosters in.

There are three deadlines. You must have at least two teams entered by the first deadline. You need to have at least four teams entered by the second deadline. At the final deadline, you need to have ALL SIX teams entered.

The penalty for being late is 1 point per team, per day late. The penalty points will be cancelled if you get all SIX teams in by the last deadline.

The first deadline is Sunday, May 9.
The second deadline is Sunday, May 23.
The final deadline is Sunday, May 30.

If you accumulate 10 penalty points, I will have no choice but to replace you. Owners who join with fewer than 2 weeks til the first deadline will be exempt from penalty points, but still will need to have all six teams in by the final deadline.

League numbers will be available in the next 1-2 weeks.

Going to send one final sitemail to footballmm11 and mitch_cama, and then replace them if they don't respond by mid-week. We have three on the waitlist so we should be ok.

Tell that adlorenz guy to stop slacking

Other than my 110mil league, the rest of my leagues are just 1 or 2 players from being full. The 110 mil is missing 7. Which is understandable.

Of course, it doesn't mean all the teams are legit for the league.

I’m not sure I agree how understandable it is. It’s been well over 10 weeks since the themes were announced. Yes, a couple of the themes are challenging to build (the 110 friends in particular), but it will be three months before all the teams are in which seems extreme.

I should have set my lineups at the time I entered them because I have long ago forgot who are on my teams and my thinking at the time.

And I don’t mean to sound churlish. I understand life happens to all of us and sometimes it takes longer to find the time or energy to complete things. I also appreciate the immense amount of work it takes to host a championship of this size with this many owners to corral, and this many rosters to check.

I just think the deadlines were way too long.

it’s my experience that with deadlines half as long as these, or even twice as long, that there would be a similar amount of teams entered at this point.
