There's no easy answer. I haven't really looked at the bill, so I don't know exactly what it proposes.

It would make it so that Title IX protections are only based on biological sex at birth.

So schools could keep trans women off of sports teams, and schools who don't could be subject to a loss of federal funds.

If doping is banned it is obvious to me that it would be unfair for biological born men transitioned to be allowed to compete with women.

like Caitlin Jenner would be able to compete with women in the 80s if she transitioned then ?

I think when it comes to sports innate advantages should not be able to be exploited in this context.

I have no problem at all with women transitioned to male competing with other men.

I tried transitioning into a liberal once but my body rejected it.

On transgendered children I don’t think it should be legal below 17 years of age.
and I think there should be a confidential legal process for 17 until 18 years old.

Pre- transitioning yes but not actual surgery.

It's actually nice to see that at least 2 Democrats (Tulsi and Wolf) still have some sense.
