Basically, from what I understand, jayharvill is that the draft is over. We can fill outr our rosters with any undrafted players with a salary $4 Million or less and 98average and jweb can pick up whatever 2 undrafted players that they want and they do not have the exclusive rights to them. But I may be wrong.
