Does anyone know how the Fenway Fireballs team was able to go over the $120M salary cap?

Either AAA or more likely, since it looks like everyone else is still under, most likely via a trade.

He had 2013 Yadier Molina as his catcher.  The league was filling right around the time the new 2013 players came out.  All 2013 catchers originally had D- fielding grades and their salaries were deflated because of it.  The fix went in and 2013 catcher salaries went up accordingly.  He must have drafted Molina and entered the team into the league when Molina had the lower salary, and then Molina's and his team's total salary went up AFTER the catching fielding fix and subsequent salary increases went through.
