Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, staunch anti-capitalist, has introduced a line of outerwear for sale.

The big item which seems to have fueled response is her TAX THE RICH sweatshirt.

As a conservative, I'm all for it.

First of all, I'm happy to see her embrace capitalism. I'm sure she'll show us how every penny received was spent.

She plans to "spend" the money on fund raising. That's good capitalism. Grow the brand.

She also lowered the price... after initial complaints of being too pricey... from $65 to $58. That's good capitalism. Respond to the public.

They are made in the USA. There is no slave labor. That's good capitalism. Have a selling point.

I am most impressed with her offer to give them away to those who can't afford it or are willing to work for it. All you have to do is VOLUNTEER to work for her. She will then give you a FREE item. I plan to apply for the freebee. I'm going to investigate where I might be able to go and get mine.

The way I figure it, democrats think a fair wage is $15 an hour. Anything less is slave labor. So if I put in 4 hours, I'll still have time to slip it on and go shopping.

THAT'S GOOD CAPITALISM.

Just another brick in the wall of conservatives fundamental lack of understanding that wanting a stronger social safety net doesn’t mean the end of capitalism.

Some people think capitalism is when people have things and socialism is when people do not have things. The shirt was made in the USA.

Who are these people? We should make a list. AOC is making a list. It's not a Christmas list.

Enthusiastic supporters of AOC have come up with a plan to ensure that no ‘Trump sycophant’ goes unpunished. A ‘Trump Accountability Project’ (TAP) has been established to document the names of every administration staffer, campaign staffer bundler and lawyer who worked for US President Donald Trump. The objective of TAP is “to make sure anyone who took a paycheck to help Trump undermine America is held responsible for what they did.” If this gives readers the uneasy feeling that the whole thing could soon devolve into totalitarian nightmare, would they be wrong?

"We have a list.”

This is not totalitarian in any way. "Being held responsible" means that you don't get to hide the fact that you were a willing participant in this administration.
