Online Draft w/ SimLeague or Offline? Topic

Thinking of doing a 16-team draft. Any advice on if it's best to do this w/ SimLeague or just create a Google Doc and hold the draft offline?

Are there any threads about setting up a draft? Any other advice on parameters to set? Thanks.
