how many mentors has ward discarded? i think it's just as delusional to think that he'll learn, zorzii ;)

We all had mentors, I learned from Gillespie, Trenton, Chapel and a a lot of others. I had to listen so I could understand the game and I am still not elite... Heck, Only helps me with my non-con in Phelan. I mean, Ward had Rogelio, a top coach and dismissed his advices. He could very well be there forever.

I didn't have to switch offense/defense in the rebuild so that knocks one out of the park. I have the class structure as of today at a 3/3/3/3 class structure. I am finally out of a rebuild at the end of the 4th season starting 5th season at Miles.
When I leave in 2 seasons I would like some1 to take it over. Its in better shape than when I was first starting at Miles in Allen. Have a good class that can immediately start when these 2 classes have graduated. Its also Triangle/man to man.

Can you mentor me? I need alot of help...

What do you need help on?

I am trying to figure out how you are going to get to the second round because your team has a losing record this year. You have to have 14 wins to even make the NT. Best thing that you can do is to try to only recruit players that have very good Ath and Def. Don't even worry about any other attributes for now. And don't worry about class structure either. It's not that big of a deal. And listen to those that try to mentor you.

You're a good coach I highly respect you. But my thinking is you go after potential and not try to worry about ratings in division 2 and 1. You say to worry about specific ratings now? My answer is these next two classes are my best classes I have recruited in my career.
