i think the answer is that if it says on your credits page that they are transfere\able, you can, through CS, transfer the credits.

does seem to me that there is lots less attention to support and responsiveness than used to be -responses on tickets, decline of dev chats, etc. Likely an economic necessity under Fox

Aah... Good point they run 5 days behind! Oddly enough I had the question answered 15 minutes after I posted the first message in this forum.

I put in a polite ticket on 4/15, the Saturday of Easter weekend, and it was answered the same day.
