Are you interested in running a D1 team in a world with 200+ humans?

It would be tough, it will be brutal, it will be super fun!

If so, post here and we'll try to find a world we can fill up.

it just takes so damn long to get to D1 when starting in a new world. Esp on 1x worlds.

i wish you could just go straight to D1 if you were already at D1 in another world. Auto qualified for all D prestige jobs.

Agreed +10000. Once you reach D1 in any World you should auto qualify for D- or D programs in any World at D1.

I am game for filling up a world at D1. Count me in. Preference would be for a one a day world because of my work schedule.

Several of us from Little East-Smith picked another world to make the D1 journey.

I can do Rupp.

5 down 319 to go. I could do Rupp but would prefer Knight or Smith.

I'll do Allen or Tark.

If they ever improve jobs then I'll do Rupp.

I am in Rupp D2 looking to move up when I qualify

I would prefer anything but Rupp or IBA, in if it's Allen, Smith or wherever. We need a date so we all prepare to move in during the same season. Say it's Crum, I think I need seven seasons...

Sales pitch for Rupp:

5 of us from Smith-Little East are already working our way up(2nd season) to D1. Two others from same conference are considering it next season None of us intend to leave our full D3 conference in Smith. 7 is about 14% of the users required to get the 100ish owners required to push a D1 over 200. Bonus pitch: Pickin's would be slim for zorzi's D2 team in Rupp.

Odd potential side effect: Obviously zorzi doesn't want Rupp because he likes his D2 team. That's understandable. I wouldn't do Smith because we, as a group, decided to stay in the Little East and compete against one another. However, if D1 has 200+ users, is D2 a place to be in that world? Your strong team will be seriously weakened so would D2 just go ahead and move up?

There would also be some fallout for D3 in the same situation but, if the D2s moved up, it seems like the D3 teams would have unfettered access to all the top D2 players.

I told myself I'd never play in a one a day world, but I would give this a shot if there was a legitimate chance of filling D1. I bet that would be a blast.

How long would it realistically take to make the climb from D3 to D1 in a populated one a day world?

A good owner could do it in 4-5 seasons. Maybe three if things break your way.

You can move up to D2 in one season and then you have to snag the best team you can and try to win multiple NT games.
