Coach, you were right about Lewis - strained calf muscle. Did you stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night or what? Anyway Dr. Quinn, I'd say he's at 100% right now.

Obviously he could benefit from some rest, but I don't think you're taking a huge risk if you decide to play him.

If he's at 100% then he's as healthy as he can be. Most coaches put players back in when they are at about 80% health.

Last, and just an FYI, if it's a freshman that gets hurt the game expects them to play when they hit 60% in order to fulfill promises. If they are below 60% health the games and minutes missed won't count towards guaranteed starts or minutes but as soon as they hit 60% health you're back on the clock again.

Bottom of their player card is probably the most convenient place to find their health rating.
