Thought of that, but the guy that signed had 15 AP on him last cycle. Still does not add up unless I am missing something

80-73 is 7. 15/2 is 7.5. Susp as hell.

I believe chapellhillne had this problem last.

I noticed something earlier and someone will need to correct me if I am wrong. So I had 2 openings 60 AP. I cut two guys and got increased to 100. I don't know why, but I always thought that if you cut someone you didn't gain AP.

What if you change jobs and you inherit a recruit signed by the Sim? The recruit appears under your name but you didn't recruit him.
