OK, if you have a PG who will be 90 speed, 100 PER/BH/PASS how low are you willing to accept ATH/DEF at high D1. I am talking about FF quality team.

60/60and with out hesitation

If you want him to play more than 15 minutes then 75/75 otherwise 60/60 is fine for a bench 3 chucker.

Note: I overvalue ATH/DE

I'd like ath + def to be greater than or equal to 155.

60/60 for me as well

55 ATH / 68 DEF. I just think good opponents will pick him apart on defense and limit his minutes if you go any lower on DEF.

I was thinking 60 ath but closer to 75 def.

I thought I had some guards on my FF/E8 teams that were low ath/def but they actually had better def than I thought.

Depends on the role. And depends on the D

For a Man D, I'd say 60/60 for a small role.
For a press, I'd take him real low D/A to be a bench player for a top D1 program these days. He can get you 10 minutes of good ball with sub 50 ratings in each place unless you're already 12 deep.

Fast break press: D prestige DI. Do you like 60 ath 55 de 100 speed 92 per 90 bh 100 pa 100 stamina?

He's going to get in a lot of foul trouble with that ATH / DEF, but obviously will also generate a ton of offense, both for himself and teammates. I'd take him, as long as you're comfortable with him being a quality 6th man for his whole career.

That’s an elite offensive guard, I would absolutely take him in D1. And his speed will net you lots of turnovers with the press, so he’s not a complete defensive liability. Utilization is key, and you have some options, especially with press. It’s tougher to target a weak defender against the press. You can mitigate his defensive deficiency further by using him as a super-sub, the #2 guy on the depth chart at pg-sg-sf, so he’s not coming in at a predictable position, which can also make him harder to defend.
