Correct amount of scholarships not showing Topic

This happens to me often. I have 3 seniors but only 2 scholarships, then it seems to give me a 3rd one in the second cycle. Any help. I did a search and couldn't find anything. Thanks

Without looking, it's likely one senior was an ineligible. If he was, he'll be back next season.
