I use my 3 best. I may adjust 1-2-3 based on how the other team handles RH/LH pitchers but I don't want to outsmart myself.

Yes. In-game fatigue is a thing. No way for us to actually know this but it's been stated by ADMIN. Often, when a guy isn't putting up the numbers I'd expect, I'll lower his PC by 10/15. 9 times out of 10, he improves. To me, that's proof of in-game fatigue.

My bullpen is pretty taxed and all of the guys in it are 27+, I've got a guy in AAA who will fill in just fine for a few games but I don't want any of my BL guys to take a demotion hit. Any advice? What tends to be the patience rating that prevents a demotion penalty?

I don't know the patience rating, maybe 80+, as I never demote anyone I value. You could try DFA, without waivers assuming your player has an option, and leave him there for 15 games or so. Then put him back on the BL team while your fill-in does the work.. I've never tried it but it feels like a workaround to me. The pitcher you DFA will not recover from fatigue while in limbo.

The Jets are top 25. In college football. 32nd seems a bit high in the NFL.
