How would you guys rank the 4 defensive categories based on importance?

It sounds like you're asking for a confirmation that it's OK to play a 3B or 2B at SS.      It isn't.

If I had to pick something, I'd go with a sub-standard glove.

Range-positive/negative plays
Glove-errors
Arm accuracy-errors
Arm strength-positive/negative plays

As you can see, two can produce +/- stats while the other two will only produce errors.

I rank all four about equally.  If I HAVE to punt one I agree with Mike that it's glove; throwing errors lead to more bases given away than drops.

Arm accuracy would be least important for me.
then Arm Strength.

You can get away with a guy who is at or above recs in Glove and range, and a bit below in the arm categories, but not the other way around.
