Hahaha... wow, no.  He quit twice.  It is a complete clusterfuck.
He quit!?!? That is too bad, he put a lot of work into getting it going.  With no rebuilding or needing to develop prospects I thought he would of been a sure shot at being one of the top teams.  I like the idea of the league, was the actual thing not as good as the idea?

The problem came from too many rules designed to keep the world healthy, and too little time spent vetting good owners who would do that anyway.
