Draft 5 players from each 20 year period: 
1920 - 1939 . . . 1940 - 1959 , , , 1960 - 1979 . . . 1980 - 1999 and 2000 - 2009
ALL Rookies from 1920 through 2009 are eligible to be drafted.. . . . A large group to say the least.
