Franchises may be picked a maximum of four times, but an owner can't pick the same franchise for both their teams).

You will have $200 million to spend in total between your two franchises (for example - you could spend $150 million on one and $50 million on the other; or maybe $110 and $90 - hence the name "Eggs in one Basket")

Divisions will be mixed with 2 high payroll 2 low payroll teams
Remember to keep track of your total salary - I'll be checking and enforcing this rule to the penny.

Almost impossible. Nobody will go over the cap, or even get to it

My total will be about $180m, can't get to 200m. If someone makes a 150m team, it's likely they will not do all that well. I won't draft a $7 mill puck stopper when I can get a 5.2 mill season of the same one who WILL stop some shots
