It's somewhat frowned upon but unavoidable.  It boils down to the fact that you're spending your money, so do what you want with it.

 

one of the new cookies is 05-06 gerald wallace......amazing defensive player for all those platoon teams that load up on good defenders(90-91 hakeem, kirilenko etc)

i feel almost like a proud dad seeing him used all the time now since i used him on my 2nd team ever and did very well....and this was when everyone was filling the sf spot with 03-04 peja and not really using defensive platoons

i cant even remember some teams i went to the finals with but ill always remember that squad....08-09 kidd, 87-88 jordan, 05-06 wallace, 76-77 walton, 99-00 mutombo, and 07-08 peja off the bench...lost in the conf finals

the defensive platoon teams get killed by my Wilt+Jordan & Wilt+Barkley teams.
