Also, are we required to hit a certain number of plate appearances and innings when drafting?

For example, I know standard leagues require at least 1200 innings and 4800 PAs before it will allow a team to be entered into the league.
$200 to $205K players from the other decades must be from your franchise. I don't think there is a minimum on ABs and IPs as I've never seen it come up in this league.
