Just thought I'd put this out there... You have two owners with two teams in the same conference. Usually, that's frowned upon as it gives them an edge to make the conference finals. Most leagues that have owners with two teams have to be split up.

I would be willing to mix the teams up among the conferences to avoid that issue, which I do agree could become an issue
