00-01 is essentially 99-00 slightly nerfed for less than 9m

This over & over & over. And Shaq is actually far better when it comes to turnovers... what are you talking about?

You can't get a better combination of usage, efg%, and low tov% than Shaq in this or any league, and because he's so terrible at free throws, you get him at a discount. He's a top 5 value in any league where cap is a factor.

I'm guessing that most people will throw away the opinion of the guy who took KG @11, and that is fine and possibly deserved, but I'm not sure David Robinson @19 is a steal.

Clearly, he is a great player and a first rounder, but I can't imagine I'd ever select him high enough in the draft to get him. Maybe wiser folks could explain his value

I passed on him bc of salary--- which i understand isn't typical of me--- But I just wanted to try something different and save a lil cash this season.. There's no way the Admiral would have made it past me at 15 if it were the $52 draft-- I actually picked him at 11 in the last $52 draft and I have the most wins in that league currently- so that alone proves he has at least some positive value.. I tend to value CP3 & the Admiral & _______ more than the rest of you guys anyway.... I feel like KG is a horrible value in both leagues, tbh.. His usage is too high and/or his efg is too low for my liking, and he has hefty price tag... You can build a winner around him, though- I'm sure of it- but your margin of error is pretty slim, I feel like....

07-08 KG is a legit good value, but not worth taking in the 1st for that season. Otherwise I agree with milest's assessment of him.

Admiral is really good. He was (along with Howard) one of the guys I couldn't believe I was passing up, but I'm going to build something specific that I need cp3 for.

Howard, CP3, and Admiral (in that order) were the three guys I was considering at my pick when I was on deck. Thought for sure Ash was going to take Dwight.

Been there, done that. Also, there's more guys like Dwight (or that do the same things) now than guys like CP3.

Hey Ash just out of curiosity would you have taken Artis over Hakeem? I flip flopped on those 2 a few picks ahead of you.

all set on usage! depends who you can put around them, but seems like a good start. i'm always a fan of grabbing two studs and filling the rest in if you can.

I took Shaq aiming to use his big 93-94 season. It's a lot of money and I tend to struggle with budget, but I'm going to try. nice thing about shaq is i can scale down a million or so and still get a lot of value. just took terry porter in an attempt to surround him fiscally responsible picks.

Trading down and getting O Rob and Mourning... nice bds.

I am not a Dream fan in this sim. I've done the rant before but here's the short version: costs way too much for meh efg%, high fouls, low ftas, and meh boards. Has good reb seasons, but those are even worse efg%. I grade him out at around 3rd or 4th tound value, but ppl take him well before that. He's definitely not in Howard, Shaq, Kareem, Moses, Admiral or Duncan's class in my book.
