Thinking about this league. . . .one thing in my opinion that would really up the draft strategy (and fun factor) is if each team partner had to use different seasons of the drafted 16 players. So if a team drafted Ed Seward, they both couldn't use 1888.
As it is I think we'll see several teams post identical rosters which is kind of "meh".

Agreeing on a strategy and who to draft can be difficult enough. You have the option of using same or different seasons of all your players. I think it works well enough this way. We have probably done 15-20 of these over the past 15+ years...the drafts are fun and challenging.
And I have never seen both enter identical rosters. Most don't even use the same stadium.
