I plan on making some significant tweaks to my team in the next few seasons. Either I'll be closer to the top of the standings, or I'll fail miserably.

Now if I can just get Shaw to win some tourney games.

If the engine would stop seeding teams with the help of Corky from Life Goes On Dominguez Hills would be in better shape. Whiner? Me? INDEED! DH lost 6 games, all to NT-bound teams, one on a half-court shot, one on a full-court shot. What seed does that get you? 10 seed. Thanks. They finish the year #11 but end up a 10-seed in one of the regions. Thanks. Thanks again.
PS - Thanks.
PPS - Thanks.

Central St. is moving up. Went from 34 to 9, now 9 to 7.
2/27/2008 9:32 AM
Next season will be tougher for Central St. You'll no longer get points for your Elite Eight finish
2/27/2008 10:02 AM
Maybe you already have, but I'm interested in your rankings system.
We went 24-7, finished 18th in RPI, 24th in the final poll and our tournament loss was to an eventual Final Four team, yet we dropped three spots in your rankings. How does that happen?
2/28/2008 9:57 AM
The rankings are based solely on tournament play from the past 5 seasons, not on WIS ranking or RPI.
The results are very close. For some spots there were 3 or 4 teams tied. The tie-breaker is the most recent season.
Also, the rankings are relative to the other teams. Mansfield actually has one more point than last season. But teams behind you advanced further in the tournament and overtook you.

wow, #1 dynasty in D2, maybe i shouldn't try to leave.

Well, I can say the changes I made 5 seasons ago are working. Not a fixture in the top 10, but I am a fixture in the top 25.
6/8/2008 1:36 AM
Just finished my second season at St. Thomas and I'm glad to see we are slowly moving up. Hopefullly, we can keep this trend going. I would like to crack the top 25 by the end of next season.
