I'll recheck it when I get home tonight. It's possible that I made a mistake. I do remember that there was only one point difference between the two schools.
But I think the reason is season #12. Marietta won the national title that season while Redlands lost in the 2nd round.
My formula only considers the previous 5 seasons. Marietta's championship is no longer considered since it was 6 seasons ago.

ok that would make sense I know I went down when I did better then them this year but didn't really think of that. I want Desales and that number one spot three years down the line.

Wow, top 10. I'll definitely take it. I'm shootin right up there!

majre was right. Marietta should've been #2 instead of Redlands. Both schools had the same number of points but Marietta won the tie-breaker.
The list has been edited.

Made the list! Just like I predicted 2 seasons ago. Woohoo!

and you'll likely move up with that powerhouse team you have returning

Yeah, I hope so black. It seems I am cursed when it comes to the NT, though. Do you think Del Valley has enough to make it back to the NT?

If I weren't in the same conference/division with DeSales and Farleigh Dickinson,I'd say 'yes'. But that's almost an automatic 4 losses each season. The times I've made the national tournament, I've had to win most of my games and, definitely, only lose to better squads

majresorter,
any chance of getting one of these lists up for Wooden after the season?

I already do a Wooden DII list. If anyone wants to do one for DIII, I'll be glad to share my formula. Or, you can create your own.

I think that hardly qualifies as automatic four losses... my games with you are always nailbiters. And think what it does for your strength of schedule!

How about one for Naismith DI. And if you do not have the time, I will put it together if you share your formula.
