We released an update this morning tied to scouting / projection logic. The aim was to reduce the degree of fuzziness introduced in our mid-2015 update while also adding some improved baseball common sense.

Without intentionally going into too much detail, high school scouting, college scouting, international scouting prospects and international scouting veteran players are all now on slightly different scales. In addition, 3 key ratings will also be less fuzzy (in general): speed, stamina and durability.

This logic change will not be reflected until your franchise begins a new season.
