3 full seasons after this one at the least. But since you have called this a top notch league, I would really like the chance. But that pitching style of his would kill me to play after this season!

Well I would let it go for this season. Then I would re evaluate it after this season to a more convential approach. Im more of a 5 man rotation guy who hopes for 7 strong innings from his ace who then gives the ball to the set up man then the closer.

The minors are a mess though. I would sign all those draft picks right away along with guys from the Tryout Camp and plug em in.
