The 2B for the team that I play on is LH.  Most of the time, it's not an issue.  But in our game this past weekend, we had a tailor-made 6-4-3 opportunity in the middle of the game.  Because the LH2B had to do a 180 degree turn after he got the throw from SS, the runner beat the throw.  A RH2B could have turned it easily.

I couldn't find a picture of a lefty 2b. Instead, here are 2 lefty bassists:

I should also point out that today is the 28th anniversary of the Pine Tar game.  When the game was resumed and completed a month later, Don Mattingly took the field as a LH2B to finish the top of the ninth.

There have actually been quite a few lefty infielders, mostly about 100 years ago.
