Ordered by total teams on the dynasty list. 1st tiebreaker - potential additional teams (postseason appearance next year will put another conference team on the list). 2nd tiebreaker - combined total of rankings of dynasty list teams in conference. 3rd tiebreaker - highest ranked team.
For example: SAC has 4 teams on the Dynasty list (Tusculum, Green Mountain, Columbia Union, and Newberry, plus Wingate will make the list with a postseason appearance in season 28 = 5 teams) with a total of rankings = 110. RMAC has 4 teams also (Chadron St., Adams St., Colorado Christian, and Western St., plus Mesa St. will make the list with a postseason appearance in season 28 = 5 teams) with a total of rankings = 144. PSAC has 4 teams on the Dynasty list without a potential 5th team. Therefore the order is SAC, RMAC, PSAC. Somewhat arbitrary but I need some way to organize it.

That may be a work in progress. It won't reflect the best conference necessarily, but should show which conference have done well in the postseason. Any thoughts on a better/another way to calculate it?
