sounds like he still wants a top caliber dman like schenn.... but of course that's all speculation for now

It does make some sense cause if anything they need defense to compete in the playoffs (maybe longer) with pronger out and they have enough offense to give some up.... I actually at this point wouldn't mind giving up jvr (who I like a lot) for schenn.

On capgeek, it showed that JVR for Schenn straight up would put the Flyers over the cap, so that might be a problem, but we would have ten defensemen with the addition of Schenn, so at least one of them would not be on the NHL roster afterwords. That would be awesome to have both of the schenn brothers on the team at the same time.

Seems JVR is indeed in play for a trade (and is coming back from injury tomorrow possibly)... 

Kubina is a name that keeps coming up with the flyers.   Not for JVR of course ;)

The fact we won a shootout is quite dramatic. The flyers are the worst team ever at those things. The fact it was sieve-galov made it more dramatic ;)
