Welcome aboard to the new guys...You both happened to stumble into one of those rare mid-majors (OK so not even at that level)...Where the majority of us are all friends and none are intending on leaving...Hopefully we can turn the Big West into a major conference eventually! GL to all.

At first I was pretty disappointed that the best programs I could snag were C+. But essentially, that's how it should have been. I was just being greedy. I had scouted a ton of teams and there is just something about the conference / location of Utah St. that I feel can be successful.

Now that I've run through a few mid-major programs, I'm starting to get a feel for what works/doesn't work. It might take 4-6 seasons, but I'm pretty confident I can turn Utah St. into a consistently good (obviously not great) program. Looks like I'll be hanging out for awhile. :-)

I'm really happy that it all worked out the way it did...now if we could get one more coach to take Pacific.

I've been around WIS sports about 5 years now & I plan to make my Naismith D1 home in the Big West for the duration.Glad to be here.
