He continues to improve.

Best DITR ever? He's improved his OVR rating from 30 (at the time he received his DITR double-boost) to 78 currently.

Wow.

Those are some pretty massive same year bumps. Especially since his makeup is only 79, not exactly stellar. I don't think I've ever had someone improve that much in 1 season
The DITR impacts development differently. Throw whatever you know about development patterns out the window. Doubly so here.

Now at OVR 80, and is in the ML. Looks like he had a decent rookie season.

Its the great job the manager is doing with his development. I credit him and his Hardball expertise. : )

I had a 23rd round pitcher get a 2xditr. Went from a 30 projected to a 79 projected. Hopefully he ends up close to that rating.

i've never had two ditr's...but i have had one become an all-star closer from a nobody...

Bump to see how Dave Smith was doing.

Very oddly overrated. Not sure where the 81 OVR comes from. Cool anyway that he was able to reach a really high rating after getting the double boost.

I have never had 2 in the same season but this player Vladimir Ramirez is a DITR in his first two seasons. If he lives up to potential he may make the league as a Catcher.

Looks like Dave won himself some hardware in S14, and got a nice arbitration award in S15.

This Geek just got his 2nd DITR bump... yet he's still completely useless.

DITRs are the one area I regret having 0 in Advance Scouting. My scouts now tell me this guy could turn into a boda fide ML starting pitcher (80 CTL, 51/60 splits, five pitches of 65 or better with a P1 of 97). Somehow, I doubt it.

I had a double DITR -- it still didn't improve him enough to make the majors.
