With 5 TOs
you're making me look more and more accurate in my assessment of your "sour grapes" attitude, gin.

Sour grapes about what? I beat him in horse. If there are sour grapes between us, they're Oden's.

I'd be willing to bet 5 turnovers is more common than 10 rebounds

only 1 player averaged more than 4 TO's per game last year, Dwayne Wade

16 players averaged more than 10 reb/game last year

so 5 TO's is probably more uncommon, but on that same note Oden is only averaging 2 TO's per game while getting 7 rebounds per game through his first 5 games, so hes doing just fine

he only had 6 total TO's in his first 4 games

Moranis doesn't watch pro ball...

I'm not surprised people don't average high turnovers I mean those are the type of thing that is streaky. I often see guys commit 6 or 7 turnovers one game and then not commit more than 2 for the next 5 games so I wouldn't use average as an indicator.

I'm sure I was wrong, but I'm also sure it happens a lot more than people think. For example, There were 10 games in the NBA last night 10 players had 10 rebounds, 7 players had 5 turnovers. So obviously the rebounds was more common, but I'm sure it was a lot closer than people would have thought.

i was agreeing with you moranis on most of it, i think it is more of an anomolay that Oden had 5 to's in one game
11/19/2008 12:58 PM
we will see tonight won't we... I think he'll do even better, considering Chicago's lack of opposition in the paint.

11, 10 and 3 blocks! Is this becoming a trend?
11/20/2008 2:32 AM
in only 17 minutes!
11/20/2008 8:37 AM
I'll admit that he appears dominant against 2nd stringers.
11/20/2008 8:50 AM
how many TO's did he have last night?
11/20/2008 9:24 AM
Five or more turnovers were committed by a player 840 times last year. Ten or more rebounds were gathered by a player 2,222 times last year.

Oh, and Oden had zero TOs last night.
11/20/2008 3:13 PM
Yeah, he got blocked twice though.
