it's all about 'calibration' - they have some sensible factors programmed into the engine but are heavy handed in the 'calibration' (or relative weighting) of those factors and therefore **** all can happen and they'll just shrug

also they don't give two bat farts in a day time cyclone thunderstorm worth of a rat turd of **** about this game so...

Honestly, they really don't crank up the turnover's, at least not as much as most people here seem to think. according to this list, the average team turns it over about 15 times a game in the nba (look at around the fifteenth ranked team) http://www.teamrankings.com/nba/stat/turnovers-per-game

considering that it seems that sim league usually has maybe 20% more possessions, I'd expect somewhere in the ballpark range of about 18 turnover's per game if the turnover per possession rate remains similar.

now go look at teams in your simleagues and see how many turnover's they average. the amounts aren't unreasonable.

also it's never just about the median to me it's about the big game to game swings of looney tune 50+ TOs combined type situations which are far too frequent

Two separate OL teams.  One team has rookies worth 2.8M, 1800 minutes.  Other team has rookies worth 4.3M, 2800.  Why do OL's have rookies again when there can be that type of variance?  That's kinda absurd.

"Veteran" owners have been telling WIS this for about a decade, but since they haven't made any other changes during that time, of course they haven't corrected this. It's why so many owners will go nowhere near a League with random rookies.

This is in the 4th quarter of the finals.  Nobody had fouled out.  Nobody is injured.  Why does the sub logic decide to put in a bunch of players at positions they are a) not 100% at & b) not on the depth chart at when they easily could put them in at places they are a) 100% at and b) on the depth chart at?  Why?! 

It's stuff like this that has made several owners over the years think sabotage.

So, now, Lebron goes out.  Does anything occur with a shift of players to their 100% position (or position on the depth chart)?  No.  Instead, they put in Boerwinkle, who is not even close to 100% at PF (nor on the depth chart there) at PF.  Why?

Did you look at the other team though?  Wilt at PF then switches to C.  Dr. J at PG then switches to PF.  Joe Caldwell at C then switches to SG.  Wow!
