Seniority
3 years -- myself, mac05, sports_fan08, waltman, mcnabbqb5 and mpmershon are all original members of the NCAC
2 years -- yanks0218 is the only member that joined us in year 2 that decided to stick around.
1st year -- Joining us this year are brand new coaches damon1212 and tbbcoach, along with almost new coach daffnee who has shown a passion for asking questions and learning and chadsteelers, whose 8-31 lifetime record stealthfully masks the fact that he already knows more than anyone in conference about how to recruit.

A look at the recruits for season 3:

Some people will tell you that giving every player in your incoming class a nickname is pretty lame, tired and tried. Those people would be right. Still, here at Ohio Wesleyan, its a tradition for the seniors to give a goofy nickname to the freshmen as part of their hazing. Who am I to argue with tradition?

So introducing the new Battlin' Bishop with newly assigned numbers:

Sorry to let you know this bhouska, but according to the coach of Earlham on my conference board, I have to schedule teams better than you to be taken seriously. I hope to learn something from chad, though, because he is such a fine coach.

A tribute to Sir Dubs:
I have only come in on the first year of the last
two worlds (and year 2 of Dobie). According to gt's rankings I took the 120th best team (out of 228) in year one of this world. I took the team because they had
the moniker of Battlin' Bishops... 4) I have 16 National Titles. I will throw out the three in Hayes for the discussion because they were during a race up Hayes. Here are the backgrounds on the others. WORLD 1 ROCKNE -- DIA, Florida, took over an
Elite so certainly decent, it's their only NT in Rockne in my 14th year there. WORLD 2 CAMP -- DIAA, Coastal Carolina, took over an 8-5 team that had never been to the playoffs. Went 19-0 and won title in year five at school. team loaded
enough that they won 4 more straight titles after I moved on. WORLD 3 BRYANT -- DII Mercyhurst, took over a 7-6 two year SIM that had never been to the playoffs. In 13 years won nine CCs and back to back NTs in last two seasons (my first). WORLD 5 ...
...LEAHY -- Alabama, Took over a NT team, took me 10 years to win one there. Did most of my learning in Leahy. WORLD 6 STAGG -- Humboldt State, took over a very good team that had never won and won a title in my first season. YEAR 7 WARNER -- Thomas
More. One of my first teams. Came in on season 4 when the Saints had been 3-23 over their previous 2 years and were 165th alltime at DIII. Won title in year 25 (Still my favorite). Thomas More ranks first in DIII wins in Warner now. WORLD 8 --
Heisman -- Holy Cross. Took over a team that was an 0-13 Sim in year 12 that had never been to the playoffs. Took them to the playoffs all 20 years, won six titles, including the last three I was at Holy Cross... 5)

I know, dubs, I've been reading. I will be happy to schedule him any time so he can prove how weak we are.

13-3 at halftime. It will be interesting to see the dean of coaching chad tries to pull off in the 2nd half

He did what he should have done and road that stud QB that the Sim had on that team originally. Almost got me with those timely penalties.
