Thank you. Given that he's already pitched over 10 innings less than 1/6 of the way into the season, I will guess he's the 2017 Osuna. But how do you know it's Osuna in the first place?

I went to SimMatchup, simmed a few games with your team until "Richard Christy" showed up in a boxscore. When you click on an AAA player's name in a SimMatchup boxscore you're able to see the AAA player's real name via his profile page.
