Every team in the AL East should be ashamed right now. I said before the season started if the other 4 teams didn't have the Yanks in a 10 game hole before their big bats came back, they'd be in trouble. And now the Yanks are in first.

They will run away with this division.

LOL @ the rebuilt and reloaded Blow Jays.
5/13/2013 7:56 AM
Yeah, they were supposed to run away with the title as the Yanks/Sux were down, Baltimore was lucky and TB was too cheap to compete.

Hey, Granderson, maybe get the **** out of the way.

Texiera seems to have hurt his vagina again.   Maybe A-Roid can recommend an OB-GYN.
6/16/2013 8:12 PM
A-Roid and Cashman should both STFU.

6/26/2013 9:37 AM
The Yanks should sign Manny and keep the sideshow going
6/26/2013 10:54 AM
Bonds for DH and Clemens in spot starting.
6/26/2013 11:05 AM
That sideshow is ahead of the O's in the standings....

Actually they're tied

I wonder how much this would **** off the Yankees. From the NY Daily News:

"Alex Rodriguez has 114 million reasons to get back on the field. According to sources close to the ongoing drama surrounding the star-crossed Yankee third baseman, Rodriguez and his advisers are so concerned that Major League Baseball's drug posse is quickly closing in on him that they have racheted up the timetable for him to return to game action. Once he's back playing in rehab games, the sources say, he could then claim he is physically unable to perform because of the serious hip injury he is recovering from, "retire" from the game, and still collect the full amount of his salary -- $114 million over the next five years. "It's all about him getting his money and not losing it to suspension," one source close to the situation told the Daily News."

Could that be why Cashman was ******? Are the Yankees trying to stall clearing him for game action?

6/27/2013 12:37 PM
Yanks have an insurance policy that would allow them to collect a great deal of that 114m back.    In truth, I think the Yanks would like A-Roid to return, claim he's PUP and retire so they don't have to deal with him any longer.   I think Cashman was ****** because, just the day before, he said the Yankee doctors had not cleared him.   Perhaps the Yanks would like him to be suspended for the rest of this season and have him retire in ST next year.
