What in the world is "CSV Functionality"?

Comma Seperated Values. It means you can copy the sheet into a file, save it and then easily import it (or open it) into excel or other spreadsheet.

I find that simply copying and pasting from the site onto a spreadsheet is easier.

I thought it meant that we were going to be able to get our prescription drugs though the site.
