Good tactical move: distract your opponents.

Anyone else able to think about baseball strategy now ?

isnt "she" a he now?   Didnt "she" get sent away?

Have not heard from her. She gave me her credits and I keep winning.  Was able to add several championships for her rafters.

I would make a connection to 50 Shades of Grey and being in jail, but that would be insensitive.

Got through 10 o the 16 tapes then had enough.  Such a chick book.

Anybody got any cable ties they aren't using ?

1491 by Charles Mann
Very interesting read on the state of civilization pre Columbus in the America's.    Especially interesting is how "science" is prone to group think and the predjudices of each era including our own.

I just bought 1491 for my father in law.   I hoping to get to it when he is done.

1491 is a good one. Mann has another one coming out. 1493: Uncovering the New World Columbus Created.

11/22/63, Stephen King, preventing the Kennedy assassination, time travel, etc.

30 years among the dead, Carl Wickland, a retiring doctor explains his theory on possession and spirits

a simple plan, scott smith, great movie, great book so far

tatters of the king, running a Call of Cthulhu game

The Lord of the Rings, haven't read the books in ten years, just finished rereading the hobbit to compare it to the film.

I read 11/22/63. Like most King books, you read it for the journey not the destination. Great story, typically weak ending.

i seem to have a thing for books that end weakly. i read a ton of brian lumley this year, and his stories just sort of stop, or say things like "thankfully it was sooner." the ending to "no sharks in the med".

i also forgot to list heart shaped box by joe hill and harbor by john lindqvist.

completely agree re: hobbit/lotr.
