Freedom is full right now but it is a great conference and very active. If we have an opening after this season we would love to have you join us!

Salisbury in the CAC in DIII. Capital Ath. Conf is always a top 2-3 conference, usually #1. Salisbury is in decent shape for a SIM team, conference is otherwise full, and very active (see below thread from andrewfrance for proof)...

You might want to consider the Gulf South we have some good teams that need human coaches.

Try the D2 CACC.

The D2 NE-10 is currently #1 in RPI and is always a top 5 conference. We have pulled the #1 RPI this season with 4 Sim AI's. Check us out.

We also always have plenty of tournament cash to help recruiting efforts.

Moravian in the Commonwealth Conference is vacant and should be pretty good next year. Commonwealth has two teams that are NT powers annually and a third team would go a long way to making us the third best conference after Capital Athletic and Freedom.

North Coast Athletic Conference is on the upswing the past 2 seasons, 7-8 human coaches, just need to add a few more and i am sure it will be a top 5 conference. Also with most teams located in the in the Ohio/Pennsylvania area good recruits are close in any direction.

Two teams are open now in Freedom...very different options. Wilkes needs 6 players so you can have your imprint early. Lake Erie returns every player from a 19-11, PIT team.

The Freedom Conference had two teams battle for the national championship this season. Plus, we won the PIT

UPDATE: Lycoming, coming off 7 consecutive post-season appearances, is now available.

Give siome thought to the CVAC. We have three very good teams that could use a coach right now, and we are a conference that has upped its RPI consistantly over the past few seasons.

I just moved up to DI. My Christian Brothers (Gulf South) team in DII looks very good. We went to the final 8 two seasons ago and I think the team this year is better.

After 30-something seasons off, I'm coming out of retirement to rejoin for season 41. I'll be somewhere in D2.

Consider joining us in the Central Athletic in D2. We're usually a pretty full conference, but a few teams have opened up in recent seasons.. Holy Family and NJ Tech among others.
