My BMI is over 35 so I am in fact Obese, but I think like 60% of Americans have a BMI over 35

I did in fact mean 2 of the instant packets. The bad part is the flavored come in boxes of 10, the regular comes in boxes of 12.

Made some salmon for lunch...baked it in lemon butter sauce for 12 minutes at 425.

Made a pasta with a bacon pea cream sauce...served fish on top.

Salmon...good for you!

BMI is a load of **** but so is this. I'd have to gain 90 pounds to make 35.
