Your team in Knight posted huge improvement numbers this season--your team gained 55 points in overall rating, and some of your players gained 18 points in individual categories (and 90 points overall). Your players have average work ethics. What's your secret?

If players have high potential in many areas all you need is average WE and good practice plan and players will improve. They are still looking into slowing the improvement in the new update, but as of now High Potential in lots of skill areas is more important than super high WE.

first I wanted to bump this back to page 1, must read HD for everyone

2nd, to say thanks for sharing some insight and to say I've tried some of your info and have been adjusting my ways to adapt to some to it.

With the new engine, is it more effective to run a single defense than a combo defense? So, is an A IQ in M2M better than a B+ in M2M/press?
