I liked Pearl Jam when I was kid...but then I read their biography. Posers. Ten was released in early 91 and nobody cared. It sold like crap. All of the sudden in September 91 Nevermind drops and it is a music event, a musical revolution and some marketing people are like, hey, lets market this pearl jam band in the same vein as the really popular new band out of seattle because hey they are out of Seattle too! and then ten finally started to sell. if not for nirvana you people would not know who pearl jam were.

there are thousands upon thousands of retarded death metal guitarists that are many many times better than either john lennon or paul mccartney at guitar. but would anyone in their right mind say any of these jokers were more talented than lennon and mccartney? no.

I stopped liking Pearl Jam a while ago. The fact that Eddie Vedder passes himself off as a Cubs fan is the clincher. When they were on SNL years ago, the douchebag wore a Sox hat on stage, then held it up to the camera, pointed at it and held up a finger indicating they were #1. In 2008, the ****** recorded that idiotic song about the Cubs about someday going all the way. Amazingly, tons of buttholes embraced it and ****** me off.

He can go to hell.
