sw8, I'll add ye. I suck though... too much Demon's Souls.

Obviously, there's 160 games to go, but it's been a disappointing start... reamed in the first game, and a game blown in the 8th, ugh.

We needed that strong outing by the pitchers last night. Wells looked very sharp as did both Marshall and Caridad. Let's hope the bats show up this weekend.

Cubs will win the division if Soriano hits like a 18 milion dollar player, Soto hits like his rookie year, Lee and Ramirez stay healthy, and Marmol can settle into at least a decent closer.

Sounds like a lot, but well within the relm of possibility.

Side note

Marmol found the hole in Heywards swing, start a curve ball over the plate and let it run down and in. Three misses for Heyward, made him look like a bad rookie not ROY.

I think they can win the division if Aramis and D. Lee stay healthy; any offense from those other two bums is a bonus. I don't know why everyone's so high on the Cards - the division is wide open, in my opinion.
