I realized it a long time ago, but we never really discussed macaroni grill on here before.
Like all places, there are a few things they do really well. The Macaroni Grill Penne Rustica is very good. And I still have yet to find a better Shrimp Scampi than that served at Carrabba's.

I'm about halfway through Season 4 of The Wire.  Will probably watch a bunch of other stuff before I get to Season 5, just because I don't want it to be done.

Season 5 of The West Wing may have been a pretty good one.  I can never remember how that show flowed, but I know it dropped off and then spiked back up before fading into Bolivian.
Five was weak.  Donna getting blown up in the mideast, Leo's (prescient) heart attack, Isreal/Palestine talks...maybe the worst season they had.  First one without Sorkin.   Picked back up in Season 6 with the Smits/Alda campaign.
I knew you'd step up.  Yeah, I wasn't as down on that season as you, but it wasn't great.  I think 4 is the one I thought was my favorite.
Four is the correct answer.
That was the season with Winnie Cooper.
I'd light it up.

I got abused a bit in HR. But I was desperate for a good pitcher.
He asked for my thoughts.  I told him I wouldn't have done that deal because neither of the guys you sent back are my type, but that it wasn't at all a bad deal.  No crime if he takes it.  That IF is pretty useless though.

Felt like a lot to part with.
Might have been but solid starting pitchers are a necessity and are difficult to get without giving a lot up. Exhibit a: my davies and ward deals in that world won me a ws but the guys I gave up are studs.... Enrique something on vds team, moya, guzman on bux team..... and the one I'm most sad about parting with bolivar in Minn.
SP's are definitely the most valuable commodity in HBD, though I still can hardly believe how much Telemaco went for in $.  I withdrew my bid after my 4M plus ML offer was rejected
That is why I put my emphasis on acquiring them for the rebuild in $.  My AA staff will look damn good in 2-3 seasons once it hits the bigs.

I try to avoid places where the food is shipped from halfway across the world/country.

I like to stick to local food as often as I can.
