It's fine bot, I'm still dead set against trading Brock. As I said, he's been my only consistant pitcher - Stein is a powerhouse for sure, but I value pitching over hitting any day. I'll be able to find something to fill the LF/1B gap in FA, I just hope it's not too expensive.

These days I'm really only good at trading with robusk or cbriese - robusk because he's just generally easy to deal with, and cbriese because I prefer us talking about WIS more than talking about my sub-par grades.

What are your thoughts on Rigo Diaz from Norfolk? How highly would you value him as a prospect?

just looked at my HR/$ trade history and it looks like I deal mostly with cbriese and robusk.

I rarely trade with cbriese anymore because I never have the type he wants.

You are on my short list...  probably 5-6 guys I can go to regularly.

I tend to trade more with teams with clearly defined needs. I don't often get respectable offers for my own guys, and when I solicit it's usually more taken as an afront to whomever I'm engaged with. If someone has a position of need or money or just something for me to work with, I don't mind negotiating from there.

I don't have a problem acquiring talent - you said so yourself.  The fact that I mismanage my player settings and budgets has no impact on trading, other than the guys you get have probably been developmentally abused.

After checking my trade history, I've decided that the trade I made with tisi a few seasons ago in $ is the worst trade I've ever made. That, and I can usually get good value trading AAAA pitchers to cbriese in HR.

I'm a big fan of blockbuster deals.  Its no secret.

I still really like the deal to get Hartman and the one I just did w/ bobsquad to get Steven Garcia.
