Corcoran worked out nice for me.  The relievers less so, but I still believe in Les Wright.

Yeah.  Nellie's team is pretty poor and I wasn't even trying to make the playoffs this season.  This is the weakest offense I have ever brought into the playoffs of any world.

Your team was better last year and mbriese's team is never any good.

Yeah, considering how many compensatory picks I had for the players I lost, it's pretty crazy I'm even in the playoffs much less where we are now.

Looking over the rosters of the remaining teams looks more like the first round of the playoffs and not the last four teams left. Each roster has a few holes.

The 1023 are going to go all in for Ed Ross next season in HR. That should help with the Pitching - which cost me a trip to the WS.


I'm so fucked in $ with the Slores as far as holes it will be some time before that team is anything other than a weak-division playoff team at best.

I tried to trade the vet pitchers because I want to give the innings to the young guys...

Seriously, look at my lineup.  Almost all free agent scraps.  I was not expecting anything.  Try was maybe the wrong word but it wasn't the goal/idea/focus.
